Enrico Chiesa was a sharp Italian forward known for his quick feet and eye for a spectacular strike. He turned out for a string of Serie A clubs including Sampdoria, Parma and Fiorentina, earning a place in the Italy squad.
His son Federico would follow him into the game and eclipse his international honours, but the elder Chiesa was a fine finisher in his own right.
