Miguel Montuori was an Argentine-born forward who became a celebrated figure at Fiorentina in the 1950s. Skilful and intelligent, he was the creative fulcrum of the side that won the club its first Italian league title and reached a European Cup final.
He also earned international recognition with Italy before injury cut his career short, yet his elegant play left a lasting mark on the Viola’s golden years.
